The Prima Ballerina of the Fatui’s Korolevskiy Troupe takes the stage – and with one graceful step, every Superconduct and Cryo Swirl on the field becomes something entirely new.

TL;DR:
- Odette is a 5★ Cryo Sword support/sub-DPS from Snezhnaya who converts Superconduct and Cryo Swirl into 7.0’s new Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl reactions and buffs the whole party’s Stellar Glimmer damage – build ATK% (sands and goblet) and skip Energy Recharge.
- Signature Whitelake Frostfeather is best in slot; sets are Heart of the Furnace (team buff) or Disenchantment in Deep Shadow (sub-DPS).
- She’s live right now on her debut banner – “Swan’s Shadow in Silken Ice” (7.0 first half, until September 1) – running alongside a separate Arlecchino rerun banner.

Is Odette Worth Pulling in 7.0?
Odette Spessiva – officially just Odette – is a 5-star Cryo Sword character from Snezhnaya: the Prima Ballerina of the Fatui’s Korolevskiy Troupe, trained under the Harbinger Signora. (The idea that she’s in line to inherit Signora’s Harbinger seat is a popular fan theory – HoYoverse hasn’t confirmed it, so treat it as speculation rather than lore.) In gameplay, she’s the first character built around Version 7.0’s new Stellar Glimmer reaction family.

She launched August 12, 2026, and is on her debut banner right now: “Swan’s Shadow in Silken Ice” (7.0 first half) runs through September 1, with rate-up 4-stars Alyosha, Sucrose, and Lynette. It’s running in the same phase as an Arlecchino rerun – a separate banner, not a shared 50/50, but worth knowing if you’re splitting primogems this patch. As of Version 7.0 (August 2026), GenshinLab’s 7.0 tier list rates her SS tier – first in the SS row, both overall and among Cryo characters specifically.
That rating reflects a role most players haven’t seen before: Odette is a reaction converter and party-wide Stellar Glimmer damage buffer – a Support/Sub-DPS, not an on-field carry. She turns Superconduct and Cryo Swirl into the new Stellar versions, then makes those hit much harder for everyone. A Main-DPS-style build exists too, but support is her strongest role.
The catches: her kit is gated behind the new reaction system, so she needs Electro and/or Anemo teammates; she’s brand new, so the theorycrafting track record is thin (GenshinLab, updated August 13, is the current meta source); and her base ATK is low (335 at level 90) for an ATK-scaling character. If you want in on the new meta from day one, she’s a strong pull.
What Are Stellar Glimmer Reactions?

Version 7.0 added a family of reactions that only trigger when a character with a converting passive – like Odette – is in the party:
- Stellar-Conduct (Cryo + Electro): what happens when Odette converts Superconduct. It creates a Starlight Prism (7s) that sustains a Polestar Field. Inside, Cryo/Electro hits on element-applied enemies are recorded; every 4s the count resets and grants 4s of buffs – the reaction’s Base Coefficient starts at 1 and climbs 40% + 5% per hit (max 12 hits → 2.0), characters inside gain +20% Cryo & Electro DMG Bonus (up to +40%), and enemies inside take -40% Physical RES. Stellar-Conduct itself deals no damage – damage comes only from talents that deal “Stellar-Conduct DMG,” like Odette’s Coda duet.
- Stellar Swirl (Anemo + Cryo): the counterpart that replaces Cryo Swirl.
Her kit also references Radiance states: she’s in Radiance: Stellar-Conduct inside a Polestar Field, or Radiance: Stellar Swirl for 8s after a nearby party member triggers one – and her reaction damage values change accordingly (C1’s bonus hit deals 300% ATK as Stellar-Conduct DMG, or 450% ATK as Stellar Swirl in Radiance: Stellar Swirl).
Plain English: old Superconduct and Cryo Swirl become stronger, buff-granting reactions with a field on the ground – and Odette is the switch that flips them on.
How Odette’s Kit Works
The dance loop. Her identity is the Solo Dance Double and the Coda duet swap. Her Elemental Skill – Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers (15s CD) deals AoE Cryo DMG (108.1% → 243.2% ATK) and summons a Solo Dance Double for 20 seconds (re-summoning resets its duration). The Double alternates two dance moves – Plume (43.0% → 96.8% ATK) and Wing (51.5% → 115.8% ATK) – periodically hitting nearby opponents with AoE Cryo plus an extra Stellar instance.

The Coda swap. For 6 seconds after her Skill or Burst, the Skill button becomes the duet Adagio: Coda at Dawn’s Tolling: AoE Cryo DoT (95.8% → 215.6% ATK) then a final hit counted as Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl reaction DMG – 306%/459% → 688%/1032% ATK depending on her Radiance state. It replaces the normal Skill in that window – don’t let the 6s lapse.

Burst – Presto: Bluebird Finale (15s CD, 60 Energy): multiple AoE Cryo slashes (110.2% → 234.1% ATK each) plus a Final Slash (170.3% → 361.8% ATK). It summons the Double (or refreshes an existing one), grants Snow Swan’s Dream for 20s (+14% → +62% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG), and opens a second Coda window.

Normal Attack – Snow Swan Variation is a 5-hit sword combo (Charged Attack up to 227.3% ATK). You’ll barely use it – the Double and Coda do the damage.
Her passives define the role:
- Passive 1 – Spring Rite of the Chosen One: summoning the Double grants 4 stacks of Marvelous Splendor; what the stacks do at C0 isn’t clearly documented in the sources we could verify (C2 and C6 show their shape below).
- Passive 2 – Pathetique of Pateticheskaya: for every 100 ATK above 1,000, her Stellar Glimmer DMG increases by 1.5% of the original DMG, up to +30% at 3,000 ATK.
- Passive 3 – Stellar Jubilee: Dance of Aurore: when a party member triggers Superconduct or Cryo Swirl, it becomes Stellar-Conduct or Stellar Swirl instead, and that reaction’s Base DMG increases by 0.7% per 100 ATK (max +14% at 3,000 ATK). This is her converter.
- Utility passive: shows Snezhnaya Local Specialties on the mini-map – handy while farming Frostfairy Flowers.
Constellation highlights: C1 adds an extra Cryo AoE after every Coda duet (300% ATK Stellar-Conduct DMG, or 450% Stellar Swirl in Radiance: Stellar Swirl) plus 2 more stacks per summon. C2 makes each stack grant +7% ATK and adds a 20% Elemental RES shred aura around the Double in a Radiance state (Cryo & Electro in Stellar-Conduct; Cryo & Anemo in Stellar Swirl). C6 pushes stacked characters to +25% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG (Odette herself +20% extra) and stops her stacks decaying once everyone’s stacked.

Odette Talent Priority
Skill ≥ Burst > Normal Attack.
The Skill is the crown: the initial hit, the Double’s Plume/Wing damage, and the Coda duet all scale with it – and it’s her reaction enabler. The Burst comes second: big nukes, Snow Swan’s Dream (up to +62% Stellar Glimmer DMG), and the Double refresh, on a 60-cost Burst. Normal Attack is last: modest multipliers, and nothing in her kit rewards auto-attacking – the Double and Coda do the damage.
Practical plan: crown the Skill first, then the Burst; NA can sit at 1-6 unless you’re running her on-field. (Community-standard – no official priority page yet.)
Best Weapons for Odette
GenshinLab’s 7.0 comparison (C0 Odette, team Sandrone/Odette/Yae/Alyosha) ranks whole-team damage:
| Weapon | Rarity | Role / Synergy & Stats |
| Whitelake Frostfeather | 5★ (Signature) | Best in slot (100% Team DMG). Base ATK 48→674, CRIT Rate 4.8%→22.1%. Passive (Snow Swan’s Finale): On Elemental Skill hit, gain Lake-Hued Lament – ATK +8% (R1) → +16% (R5) for 8s, up to 3 stacks. At 3 stacks, grants +50% → +110% CRIT DMG to Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG and 4→6 Energy on Stellar Glimmer triggers (once per 3.5s). Triggers off-field. |
| Freedom-Sworn | 5★ | ~99.26% Team DMG. EM substat. Passive: Millennial Movement grants the party +16→32% Normal/Charged/Plunging DMG and +20→40% ATK after 2 Sigils of Rebellion. |
| Exaiphanes Blade | 5★ | ~96.63% Team DMG. Passive: +6% CRIT DMG per Element resonated; on-hit +16→40% ATK for 8s plus 3–5 Energy (5s ICD), off-field. |
| Emberwell | 4★ | ~96.52% Team DMG. Passive: Elemental Reaction triggers give +16→32% ATK for 12s; Stellar Glimmer triggers give +16→32% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG for 12s; off-field. |
| F2P Options | N/A | No verified F2P pick exists yet. She’s brand new, GenshinLab’s own F2P line is empty, and no budget recommendation has settled – check current guides first. |
Best Artifacts for Odette
GenshinLab’s artifact comparison (Stellar-Conduct team, C0R1):
Recommended Stats
- Main Stats: ATK% Sands / ATK% Goblet / CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG Circlet
- Note: The ATK% goblet is unusual but exactly what her passives want – Passive 2 converts ATK past 1,000 into Stellar Glimmer DMG.
- Substats: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > ATK% > EM
- Energy Recharge: None needed (60-cost Burst, 15s cooldowns).
| Artifact Set | Set Bonuses | Best Use Case |
| Heart of the Furnace (New) | 2pc: ATK +18% 4pc: Triggering or dealing Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG grants +12% ATK for 12s and +50% Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG for all nearby party members; off-field. | Best when a teammate reliably triggers Stellar reactions – her default job. |
| Disenchantment in Deep Shadow (New) | 2pc: ATK +18% 4pc: Superconduct Reaction DMG +80% and Stellar-Conduct Reaction DMG +40%; attacks on opponents affected by Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct gain +16% CRIT Rate. | Best when Odette is the team’s top sub-DPS. |
| Tenacity of the Millelith | 2pc: HP +20% 4pc: On Elemental Skill hit, party ATK +20% and Shield Strength +30% for 3s (0.5s ICD, off-field). | Best when another sub-DPS outdamages her; GenshinLab’s default Main DPS Build answer. |
Best Teams for Odette
Odette wants Electro or Anemo appliers to feed her conversion, and an on-field DPS or strong sub-DPS to use her buffs.
Rules of Thumb:
- She must have Electro or Anemo teammates.
- ATK-buffing supports (Bennett, Tenacity, Freedom-Sworn) are unusually good because she and her passives scale directly with ATK.
- Don’t build ER.
| Team Archetype | Core Members | Strategy & Synergy |
| Premium (GenshinLab’s Top Team) | Sandrone / Yae Miko / Odette / Alyosha | Sandrone is the first on-field main DPS built around Stellar-Conduct. Yae Miko supplies off-field Electro. Odette converts reactions and buffs team Stellar Glimmer damage. Alyosha (the new 4★ Electro from her banner) buffs ATK, Stellar-Conduct DMG, and EM, and heals. |
| Stellar-Conduct Core (Community-Standard) | Odette + Off-field Electro (Yae Miko, Fischl, or Raiden) + Cryo DPS or flex + Healer/Shielder | Almost any Cryo+Electro team gains a free reaction upgrade plus her buff. |
| Stellar Swirl Core (Community-Standard) | Odette + Kazuha or Sucrose + Cryo teammate + flex | Cryo Swirls become Stellar Swirls, keeping her in Radiance: Stellar Swirl for the higher 450%/99% values at C1/C4. |
| F2P-Friendly (Community-Standard) | Odette / Fischl / Sucrose / Barbara or Diona | Off-field Electro plus swirls cover both reaction families with no 5★ support beyond Odette. |
| Burst-Support Flex (Community-Standard) | Odette + Any Cryo/Electro/Anemo team | Slots in seamlessly as a converter, off-field damage dealer, and Snow Swan’s Dream buffer. |
Note: The Premium team is GenshinLab-sourced; archetypes below are community-standard. So, verify before investing.

Practical totals: 9/9/9 costs 12 Twisted Withered Branches and 93 Philosophies; 10/10/10 costs 18 Branches, 114 Philosophies, 3 Crowns of Insight and about 5.38 million Mora including ascension. Crown the Skill first if you’re strapped – the utility passive points you at those 168 Frostfairy Flowers.
Playstyle & Rotation Tips
The standard loop: Skill (AoE Cryo + summon the Double) → Coda duet before its 6s window lapses → Burst (slashes, Double refresh, Snow Swan’s Dream, second Coda window) → Coda duet again → swap out; she needs almost no field time.
- Keep the Double alive. It lasts 20s; recasting Skill resets it. Plume/Wing off-field AoE Cryo is your baseline damage.
- Remember the conversion. Teammates’ Superconduct and Cryo Swirl become Stellar reactions (Passive 3), and the reaction’s Base DMG scales with her ATK (max +14% at 3,000 ATK), plus Passive 2’s +30% at 3,000 ATK. ATK is her primary investment: sands and goblet.
Odette Pros & Cons
Pros: brand-new SS-tier 7.0 unit; a reaction-converter niche that defines the new meta; team-wide Stellar Glimmer buff (Snow Swan’s Dream, up to +62%); strong off-field damage from Double + Coda; almost no field time; no ER needed; strong at C0; Snezhnaya specialty finder.
Cons: new – thin theorycrafting track record beyond GenshinLab; kit gated behind the Stellar Glimmer system, needing Electro/Anemo teammates; low base ATK (335) needs real ATK% investment; signature weapon heavily reaction-locked; F2P options undocumented; no Abyss usage-rate data yet. If you are prepping your teams for end-game floor clears, check out our Spiral Abyss floor 12 strategy guide to see how off-field Cryo supports fit into current rotations.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Letting the 6-second Coda window lapse. After Skill or Burst, the duet replaces the normal Skill – cast it before it expires.
- Not stacking ATK. Her passives are dead weight below ~1,000 ATK and scale all the way to 3,000.
- Bringing no Electro or Anemo teammate. Her reaction conversion does nothing without them.
- Building Energy Recharge. Her Burst is 60 Energy with 15s cooldowns – she funds herself.
- Treating her as an on-field carry. She’s a converter and buffer – the Double and the Coda do the damage while she’s off-field.
Give Odette an Electro or Anemo partner, a stack of ATK past 1,000, and a stage to dance on – and she’ll turn every old reaction in Teyvat into something brand new.
Is Odette worth pulling in Genshin Impact 7.0?
Yes, Odette is an SS-tier Cryo Support/Sub-DPS who converts standard Superconduct and Cryo Swirl reactions into high-damage Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl reactions, making her a key unit for 7.0 meta teams.
What are Odette’s best artifacts?
Her best-in-slot set is 4-piece Heart of the Furnace for party-wide Stellar Glimmer reaction buffs. Alternatively, 4-piece Disenchantment in Deep Shadow works best if you are running her as a primary Sub-DPS.
What main stats should you build on Odette?
Odette scales heavily with ATK. Use ATK% Sands, ATK% Goblet, and CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG Circlet. Aim for 3,000 total ATK to maximize her passive damage conversion.
What talent should you crown first on Odette?
Crown her Elemental Skill (Adagio: Phantom Night Dancers) first, followed by her Elemental Burst (Presto: Bluebird Finale). Her Normal Attacks can be left unleveled.
Does Odette need Energy Recharge (ER)?
No. With a low 60-Energy Burst cost and 15-second cooldowns, Odette generates enough energy to fund herself in standard rotations, allowing you to focus entirely on ATK% and CRIT stats.
